Sarkodie wins big at Something Wicked Awards.



Hitz Fm, a subsidiary of the Multimedia Group Limited yesterday announced the maiden edition of the Something Wicked Awards. This award scheme was announced on Hitz Gallery, an entertainment show hosted by Dr. Pounds.

Michael Owusu Addo, known in the entertainment sphere as Sarkodie didn't disappoint on the night winning three awards.

The two time BET award winner for Best International Act emerged victorious in three categories. He won awards for, Personality of the year and Artiste of the year.




Sarkodie didn't end there as his Adonai hit song, won him the awards for the Video of the decade category. The ever vibrant Sark Nation emerged winners of the Fan base of the year award.



Multiple award winning investigative journslist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas won the award for the Hardest guy of the decade while Ghanaian football player Edward Sarpong, won the award for Shoot to Kill respectively.

The feud between Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and fellow Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known in the entertainment sphere as Shatta Wale continues to escalate and it shows no signs of stopping. The once close friends drifted apart after the latter accused the former of being stingy and not looking out for others.
